Cavity Free Club Winner

Once a month, our office will select the "Cavity Free Club" winner by picking the patient’s name out of a bowl (ages 2 years to 12 years old). The winner will be notified and receive a gift certificate, which will be mailed to the winner. We acknowledge all of our cavity-free patients for their good work!
